When do I have to pay?

The payment happens automatically once the student has requested for a session and the tutor has confirmed. The payment will go through PayGate which is a credit card payment gateway.

How do I pick a tutor?

The criteria you use to choose tutors is entirely up to you.

How Much Does It Cost?

The pricing does varies owing to the fact that tutors decide their own rate per hour.

How do I contact the tutors?

Once you as the student request for a session and the tutor has accepted. The app will provides a messaging platform through which both parties can communicate.

Where will the lessons be held?

It is up to you and your teacher. We strongly recommend meeting your teacher for the first few times in a public place such as a quiet cafe or a public library or your school/university library.

I want the contact details for a tutor I have not yet heard back from?

All tutors are contacted as soon as as an enquiry has been made for their service, but we cannot force them to respond (although we do encourage them to). We would always recommend you contacting more than one tutor, two as a minimum.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, we do what we can to avoid cancellation but it is done within a 24-hours cancellation policy.
